What you need to know

Where is the venue?

Scale South Africa, will take place at the Avenue Conference Centre located in 40 Dock Rd, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa, between March 12 and 13 2024.

When is the set up?

Setup has to be completed on March 12, between 8AM and 9.30AM

When is the take down?

Take down has to be completed on March 13th before 7PM. All materials need to be collected and removed from the venue on the same day.

Where can we find info regarding the booth area?

All the info regarding the booth area, exhibitor slot size, backdrop, and banner policies, is available in the Partners Instructions Document that you will find here on this page.

Can we get additional team passes?

Partners may purchase additional team passes. Additional passes are strictly subject to availability.

Where do we collect our team passes?

You don’t need to print or ask for your team passes in advance!

Team passes are ready for you on the day of the conference, at your booth. 

If one or more members of your team are participating as speakers, their badges will also be provided the same way.

If there is any last-minute change in the number or the name of the team members joining Scale South Africa, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible, as it is totally forbidden to access the conference area without a valid badge.
