Ezequiel Vallejo is a Barcelona-based property manager with over 20 years of experience leading lodging businesses and managing short, mid and flexible stay rentals for both small and large property owners. As founder and director of Lodging Management, he has built one of the city’s pioneering full-service holiday rental companies, transforming apartments into profitable assets through data-driven pricing, professional operations and long-term relationships with owners.
Originally from Argentina and trained as a graphic designer, he moved into tourism and real estate by leveraging online booking platforms early on, growing from a small portfolio of holiday apartments into a specialised team that serves guests year-round and focuses on sustainable urban tourism in Barcelona.
